I offer two options for triathlon training. I will sit down with you for an assessment before helping you decide on a program and setting up a training schedule. This helps me learn your strengths and weaknesses, and includes an endurance test for running and possibly a bike test as well. (This assessment is included as part of both packages.)
As part of the training program, you will participate in a 5K, a 10K and a half-marathon, depending upon which race (half or full IM) you are training for. This helps both of us determine your preparation level during different points of the training program.
